SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Times:
Domestic US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
International shipping times vary based on country and carrier.

Delays:
Please allow extra time during holidays or high-volume periods. THERAPI is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or other shipping providers.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We will support you however possible, but carriers are responsible for delivery once accepted into their system.
